Research Interests
- My research focuses on analysing large-scale high-throughput sequencing data, including epigenomic, transcriptomic, and genomic data; particularly, I mainly focused on 3D genomics, cis-regulatory elements, and gene regulation.
- I am also interested in developing and applying new technologies for genetics, genomics, and molecular biology; therefore, I have worked on developing MNase-seq technology in diverse tissues of plants, and applying Golden Gate assembly of multiple CRISPR gRNAs for functional studies.
- I have further worked on developing computational methods and tools for functional genomics analysis, with the goal of accelerating plant breeding.
